Went back here looking for the carp, unfortunately only caught 5 small roach. when we fished here 2 years ago we saw high numbers of carp swimming and feeding, this time I saw zero carp, has something changed here?? probably won't return here.

We fished at Trelough on 11th July 2021. Perfect conditions until it rained in the afternoon. Caught approx 12 roach between 3 of us, all good sized fish. Spotted some huge carp but unfortunately did not manage to land any.

All roach caught using sweet corn, from a range of areas around the pool.

Would highly recommend this fishing pool.

Two common carp in the morning (within 5 minutes of each other) weighing 12lb and 13lb. One eel and a bunch of silvers.

Tough day's fishing. Weather, I thought, were perfect conditions - overcast, warm and with some spells of rain. Struggle to get many bites and landed only two common carp (one per angler).

The last was caught as we were walking back to the car and spotted the frenzied activity in the mini pool near the gate next to the car park. Dropped a line and hooked into one within 5 minutes. Very shallow waters - struggled to get the net under the fish to land it!

Tough day with no showing fish, water was very cloudy with what appears is places to be green algal blooms..!
Managed 2 bites, 1 bream around the 7lb mark and 1 very lively 2lb eel, both taken on float fished meat.
Not a single sighting of any cypranids..!

Beautiful day at Trelough however the Carp were spawning so very little action, we did manage 1 lovely 14lb common caught on a pop up but that was it,

Very warm and sunny. Nothing caught.

Weather was warm but overcast. Four common carp and one eel landed. The four carp weighed; 12, 16, 16 and 18lb, and the eel was between 18 and 22 inches in length.
