One 12 pound common and one lost of probably similar size, both from the margins near the big oak tree. A beautifully remote venue. Saw an absolute monster crashing over by the far bank, a mirror of at least 20lb.

1 8lb Common carp, but before I could start fishing i had to cut the weeds and long grass down to even get a peg that was relatively fishable, I'm a pensioner and I ended up finishing early as I pulled my back out

A really warm day with a bit of occasional wind. Fished one rod on fruit boilies just off the island. Two fish taken at 12lb and 16.5lb. The larger one led me a merry dance around the lake before he finally came to the net. A great day again. Thanks WUF
