Both anglers fished th duo nearly all day and fish came steadily to both the nymph and dry, with a definite preference for the latter. Tan Klink being the winning pattern today.

3 Trout, 7 Grayling

7 x grayling 14 - 17 inches, 4 x trout, 6 - 11 inches, Grayling Steel Blue, Grey Duster, Red Tag etc. Dry flies in the rain which drizzled away all morning. Landowner showed me inside the saw mill by the parking place, which was interesting.

Pleasant day. River low and clear - but pushing through (Compensation water?). Most of the fish from the bottom of the beat on Klinkhammers

Grayling caught on a spider, trout on a goldhead nymph both below the channels. Bit of a dull drizzly evening, but enjoyable fishing.

Larger grayling caught on spiders and foam beetles, small trout and 2 grayling caught on Czech nymph leader with single hairs ear nymph.
All catches were in the Channels...a beautiful stretch of water and great fishing.

Hard work with nymphs, dry fly saved the day, Goosander spotted may have put fish down.

Cracking days fishing, most fish caught in the gullies by one angler. Stunning beat and lots of strong healthy grayling, all of which caught were over 2lb biggest around 3. Would use this beat again, Saw a large trout with a 6oz roach in its mouth sulking around the margins.

the river level was up since last time still clear the fish didnt seem that switched on we took most off the fish on nymphs on the French leader or on the duo I did have fish take the stimmy lost a few playing them 4 of the grayling up over 1 1/2lbs up to 2lbs
