Tough conditions wind and high water .It is a nice spot on the river but is small for 4 anglers as limited swims , really need a couple more swims cut in bottom section and one on top to make it a nice beat . We only caught one barbel 2.5 lbs and 3 chub all on meat and had a few lost fish .

Everything was perfect. Weather great, river beautiful but I had one good take all day - which I messed up. What went wrong!

Slow day, a few chub in the lower section to start but then couldn't buy a bite in the upper section. Lovely spot though, just not our day.

I fished this venue for the first time and was very disappointed as on the website it said it would fish 4 people because of bad maintenance of the banks there was only 2 swims you could fish and paying £25 I trust what the website tells me 3 of us went up to fish two of us could fish the third was stuck under a tree and couldn’t cast not happy and travelled over three hours to get there
