Had a few nice fish near the bridge this beat now has a new club on the opposite bank BAA and must of had ten anglers fishing and it is expensive for a days fishing.

2 Trout, 5 Barbel, 3 Chub

First visit to this beautiful stretch of the Wye, with a trout of about 1lb being caught on a blue doctor fly from the far end of the beat.

No fish caught spinning with many types of spinner. Plenty of decent fish seen though.

Very pleasent day with few fish jumping but nothing on the line.

One lost salmon about 9am on a spinner. Difficult day, raining and sun.

Fresh 14lb cock fish on single hook flying C. Very pleased with my second fish of the season.

No fish caught, we saw at least 3 maybe 4 fish showing at the top end near the bottom croy, and at the bottom of the beat below the bridge in the deep part of the run off the pebbles. All clients had a great day and will be returning later in the year.

No sign of any salmon.

7lbs fresh cock fish spinning just off the end of the top croy at 1pm. Did not see the fish show it caught me. No canoes.
