No fish today. Cold NE wind. Lovely beat and I'll definitely be back

River was at 0.61 fining down after recent floods. Some clarity, about 18 inches or so. Fished mostly euro for some decent sized fish. A tiny sporadic hatch of small uprights on a mild, sunny January day, but no risers. Not a bad venue. Will return

River still coloured and flowing fast in partial flood. One nice Grayling to the net, about 1/2-3/4lb, so a nice fish.

River just manageable for fishing, settled down since recent flooding. Fished for 3 hours, caught 2 x 12"Grayling tight line nymphing, both caught on point fly, a hot spot gold perdigon to get down fast. KM Hereford

Lovely day! Got 4 decent grayling and 2 little ones. All on pink nymphs all in pretty fast riffles. Can't wait to come again!

Lovely day, sun shone all day. 1 Grayling to the net, should have been more as conditions were perfect, however the otter swiming up and down may have had something to do with it.

3 Out of season WBT, no grayling unfortunately. Interesting day as there was a team of workmen at the bridge cutting up a fallen tree blocking the river. This meant I had to keep a lookout for debris and sections of branches & trunk floating down the river. A fortune in firewood!!!!!
