River still coloured and flowing fast in partial flood. One nice Grayling to the net, about 1/2-3/4lb, so a nice fish.

River just manageable for fishing, settled down since recent flooding. Fished for 3 hours, caught 2 x 12"Grayling tight line nymphing, both caught on point fly, a hot spot gold perdigon to get down fast. KM Hereford

Lovely day! Got 4 decent grayling and 2 little ones. All on pink nymphs all in pretty fast riffles. Can't wait to come again!

Lovely day, sun shone all day. 1 Grayling to the net, should have been more as conditions were perfect, however the otter swiming up and down may have had something to do with it.

3 Out of season WBT, no grayling unfortunately. Interesting day as there was a team of workmen at the bridge cutting up a fallen tree blocking the river. This meant I had to keep a lookout for debris and sections of branches & trunk floating down the river. A fortune in firewood!!!!!

Perfect river conditions , all fish taken on a pink shrimp on the top dropper.

River level near perfect, hardly any wind. All grayling fell to a pink shrimp on the top dropper with a gold head pheasant tail on the point to add some weight.

Went to look at the river following the previous days storms but it was found (as expected) to be totally unfishable. Extremely high water level, muddy water and fast current. We will return in spring hoping for better days!
