Fishery looking in excellent condition. Banks well looked after. River on the high side but clear enough to spin. Tried the high water catches in the morning. Other commitments in the afternoon. It will be better over the weekend and I'll be back.

Great beat, felt there could have been one somewhere in the beat. Level dropping which will improve chances in more pools.

Rainy start but river clear, and powerful requiring cautious wading. Fish all came to dark knight point and godolphin (pink bits) on dropper, in the slacker margins, thankfully. Fish to 15”. Another cracking day thank you Mr W.

Beautiful sunny day. River rushing past. I pretty much failed to find any water where I could sensibly present a nymph and when I did, any fish which might've been there sensibly ignored me. Lovely beat though. I'll try to come back when conditions are a little easier.
