One rainbow trout about 1.5lbs caught on spinner.

A very slow day, 1 trout to spinner. The odd perch on worm.

Fantastic days fishing. 11 fish caught between us in 4 hours. All caught on worm ledgered with poly balls to keep worm off bottom. Fish are very small though.

2 rainbow trout caught on spinners and both returned. 2 perch also caught on spinners around 12oz each.

All fish were caught on a small golden headed nymph.

Used spinner and caught nothing.

Started off slow in the morning fishing from the boat launching ramp using ledgered worm. There was me and 2 mates fishing with different methods. At about 10-11am the fish went crazy and we managed to bank 4 in the space of 50 mins or so, all of about 1lb to 2lb had 4 perch. In that time I also tried a bit of fly and had one straight off the surface. Angler next to me had 5 trout with no perch using float and worm and 3 anglers next up were literally raking them in. Anglers on the far bank did not seem to catching though. Great water to fish. Shame about the rubbish people leave.

A bright sunny and hot day with little or no evidence of fish at the surface. 1 rainbow caught on a white Booby.

Fished early morning until 11am, only one rise seen at all, 2 trout to ledgered worm and a perch to a spinner. Overcast with some sun and nice to be out. Collected a big bag of litter from around my pitch (again). Both trout taken, perch returned. On leaving I went to investigate the area by the ticket machine, new machine which takes notes.
