I float fished the lower peg on the left bank from around 5pm to dusk. 4 chub, 2 of which 5lb+
Meat and bread.
River fairly clear and low.

Staying at Lyndon caravan site fished rt. hand side inreed bed easy access even for an 83 year old like me. Excellent days fishing mostly fished meat 4 chub on pellet low water but fish still plentiful

Great beat for access with steps in many swims. Low and clear but much better looking than this time last year. No visible streamer weed but did pick up the odd bit on the hook. Charlie fishing the middle of the right bank with meat on the waggler for 12 good chub to 4-12-0 and lost 2 barbel. I fished the fast water on the left bank on the feeder - corn better than meat and pellet. For 11 chub and 3 barbel to about 7 lb . Fished 9-3.30 as had to get to the football.

Fished from the last peg on the tail end of the rough water. Consistently catching throughout our 6 hour jaunt, but lost more than landed.. Best fish 8lb 6oz.
