River was at a steady height, running clear. Barbel at 11lb was a highlight.

Plenty of chub between 1 1/2 - 2 lb.
3 barbel . 1 about 6 lb 1 about 7 1/2 lb and 1 at 10-2.

Only fished afternoon.... Wandered pretty much the whole beat trundling meat but the barbel weren't interested! Lovely stretch.... Plenty of options.

Quite a good day on a slowly rising, coloured, river. All fish caught on either meat or pellet.
