River was up about 5ft and water visibility was down to about 12", so a tough day on this beat, but small chub, a small barbel and some dace saved the day, legered maggots and loose feed down the inside worked in the end.
Access to the river was difficult under these conditions and waterside pretty overgrown for much of the beat.

A slightly tougher day, on a river that was slowly dropping. I had a lovely surprise when a Sea Trout picked up my Luncheon Meat bait. Happy Days!

tough days fishing, only a few swims available - & desperately needs some maintenance, some swims are already too overgrown to fish anymore. all fish to ledgered pellet

river settled and conditions good but fishing hard. Need more swims being cut-out, otherwise, soon it will be unfishable. fish came out on fellet feeder.

hard fioshing, most chob caught on touch ledgering meat, barbel on pellets. very overgrown, needs tidying-up.

The river was on the rise for all of the day, it must of come up by at least 4 feet whilst I was on the bank. Having tried several swims in the field near to the layby, I failed to catch a single fish. The swims were quite difficult to access as the amount of growth on the willow trees was very restrictive for casting, a very frustrating day.

Great conditions … overcast and showers with water level just about perfect.
