Couldn’t fish due to other people fishing and the canoes

Difficult finding somewhere to fish from easily. Just 2 eels and 2 Chub , one barbel hooked but came off.

Feeder on a running rig , bit of colour mostly overcast humid looked like the river had dropped a bit.

Confused about top end parking, notes say can park outside the water works but sign says not, so parked lower down. Peg I used to fish could not be found - too overgrown. Just fished the morning, no bites, but plenty of trout leaping.

Not very impressed by the location. Poor access and untended swims. The state of the river was sad to see, I had heard about how bad the algae had got but it was much worse than I had thought. Stayed for a couple of hours and then drove to Hereford.
