With what appeared to be near perfect conditions, good level, some colour, cloud cover and little or no wind, it was slow and quite a tough day although we did manage to coax a few fish to the net with several fish lost to hook pulls(Bad angling)! can't help feeling we should have done better, having said that it was a good day on the river. All fish taken on feeder tactics on meat and pellet. 3 fished.

A beautiful sunny day on a beautiful stretch. Perhaps too sunny as no fish were showing at all to swim fed pellet. A slow day until 6pm when unsure and tentative bites led to no fish of merit sadly. Water level low.
