Great days fishing on a wonderful river. Water level was slightly high and coloured but managed some good sized trout to a gold head nymph under a klinkhammer duo set up. Swinging spiders through open water worked as did small olive dry fly patterns later in the day.

Water quite coloured and slightly up from Monday. Had a few takes to a large kind of Grey Wulff style pattern , no luck to nymphs and hardly any fish seen rising. Lovely to see dippers flying around though

All fish small 6-8 oz brownies, also at least one heavy take which took all tippett icluding indicator tippett..
River conditions good; and able, despite overnight rainfall to get out to the bubble streams.
