Awesome stretch of river! Took one 10" ish grayling on a ptn early morning, then a blank for the rest of the day. Had a great time exploring all the pools, will be back in the summer!

Lovely day on the Upper river ruined by approx 20 canoes, clearly an organised group. This is happening all too often and despite being told that they should not be there by the beat owner, they carried on regardless.

A great day on the river although we couldn't find the grayling today. The river was quite high due to recent rain and lots of leaf debris but a beautiful beat and very friendly people.

Nice beat, easy to get to the river as there are numerous entry points. All fish caught on a perdigon nymph

The river looked promising when I arrived as it was warm and there was plenty of fly life. No fish rising though and nothing caught. There was a bit of colour in the water.
