Fished from around 5:15 onwards on the peg closest to the car park. River still very low and slow. Fishing was very slow, lots of small line bites but finally managed a good sized eel and small ~ 2lb chub towards the end of the session. All using pellets and groundbait in a feeder and meat on the hair.

Fished in a couple of swims but the one that I wanted to get to was impossible with all of the canoeists coming through. I waited until 5pm and then had 3 fish in succession which I was reasonably pleased with. It's a lovely stretch of water but difficult to find an accessible swim in low water. I think it would be almost impossible for anyone not too sprightly on their feet so worth considering before booking!
