Fished the lower beat. We caught a few small brownies in the run near the parking spot to pass the time waiting for it to go dark before moving down to the large pool by the hut lower down. It was raining a bit. We got a couple of pulls but no solid bites and gave up at about 1:30 am.

Warm , overcast day, water was crystal clear and quite low. Had one on a small olive emerger , but the hour before dusk the action really started . Great evening rice , good sport with a small Ffly.
Surprise sewin to the net (safely returned) .

Had 4 small trout and a salmon Parr during daylight and had a sea trout around 2lbs plenty of fish about and great water to fish will definitely return

Spun the top beat yesterday. Today bottom beat and just about clear enough for fly in runs but rain again and river coloured.
No fish but liked the beat. Will be back.
