Fantastic location, very warm 24c, fish rising from 12 pm for a couple of hours caught on the lower stretch. Missed many.

Warm day with a lot of cloud cover, there were sparse hatches throughout the day and the odd Mayfly did appear. All fish taken on dries. The morning and evening were most productive, the afternoon very slow. Very little rising fish seen above the bridge to the top of the beat. All fish returned safely.

Very quite day, one knock no fish, didnt see any either. Nothing rising, cloudy & rainy conditions, very disappointed. Both fished from 10.30-6pm. Tried everything...

Beautiful day to be on the river but not a lot of action to be had. There was a reasonable amount of insect life but not really any rising interest. Tried with some PT nymphs and March browns / grannums. One tug on a nymph but nothing landed! Lovely spot, will be back
