Caught the rising river and rewarded with 43 Barbel and 21 chub between the 4 of us. Excellent day all around.
The 1 other was an Eel.

Great day on the Wye despite the wet weather and strong winds,Barbel fed from mid afternoon onwards with the biggest just over 8 lbs,also some nice Chub showing on this beat,looking forward to returning here.

River just starting to rise and rain most of the day so pretty good conditions. The only issue was having a pike in the swim causing havoc all evening.

Nice afternoon session after travelling down ,fish switched on around late afternoon into dusk ,some nice fish with the Barbel all over 7 lbs going up to 10 lbs exactly and a Chub of 5 lbs 4 oz
