An excellent days fishing in tough conditions, but we did have our biggest Barbel of the week at 10lb 10oz.

Hard day have not seen the water level at sugwas this low before,evening session hoping for the chub or barbel to start to feed no joy 1 small dace for my troubles.

River extremly shallow on this venue a few fish trotting the day was made worthwhile by my partner who landed a perch that weighed an incredible 4 lb 4 ozs.

Fished the lower to middle reaches, not an overwhelmingly productive day.
My brother caught his 1st fish and it happened to be the one and only barbel of the day at last knockings pushing 8lbs. Lovely stretch opposite the mansion houses.

Hard fishing, the weather was not ideal the sun shining very brightly both chub caught using meat

Had a great day ,weather was to hot but nice day to be on bank .

Tough day, river well up after recent rain. Fished slack water on 2 swims with very little to show for our efforts. Lovely beat and will be back in better conditions.

River up and in good condition. Rained hard again in the evening, when bites started to come. Used boilies and luncheon meat with feeder.
