2 rods, both fly fishing. 5 grayling and 1 brown trout caught towards bottom of beat. All on nymphs fished under an indicator. These were re-booked wash off days from September. River now very clear and lowish. Party of about 10 canoes launched late morning from the burn mouth on the other side.

A tough days fishing mainly due to the river being extremely low and access is difficult on the bottom half of the fishery.
A lovely day on a very peaceful and quiet stretch of river.
Biggest grayling around 12"
Many thanks WUF and the landowner.

Picked a nice day weather wise. Dry and sunny. Water low and pretty clear. Not a sniff on the feeder. Ran a big balsa down the middle and started picking up big chub immediately. They couldn't resist a moving bait. Wonderful

Late start for me, but river running nice and clear.
Persevered on float for most of the day, catching a few smaller fish.
We switched to maggot feeder late in the day and then it was a bite every cast.
4 Trout, 35 Chub
