As always only fished the afternoon. Short section, good access and the picnic tables are a great touch

Another cracking session with barbel to 10.12 and so many chub all between 2-5lbs. Took the long walk over the hill and was rewarded with great fishing. Late afternoon moved back to top field and had the double from there with another 6 barbel. All fell to black cap feeder with 4mm feed pellet, small hooks, 14-16 barbless and a small hair rigged pellet.

Hi
My last day of my fishing adventure on the wonderful A A A Llyn's, I went up to Llyn-yr-oerfa.
The weather was very mixed to say the least 4 seasons in a day. Just before breakfast I hooked into a fine 1 pound brownie, lovely fish on the (turbine / parking side), after breakfast I walked round fishing the dam wall then up the track to the 3 cottage side there I hooked in to a beautiful 2 and half pound Brownie lovely colours.
Both fish were released back ok.
Thank you A A A , for a lovely week fishing the Llyns of mid Wales .
PS, I stayed in Devils bridge in wonderful Blue bell cabin booking through Original Cottages web site.
Regards Nigel

Excellent track for vehicle access. Very long beat but not a great deal of swim options with easy access. I know you have to clamber down the banks on the Wye to fish and I am not shy to climbing, but most of the areas we looked at were a shear drop off and I would need to abseil down. Did manage to find a couple of swims but still need my ground spike and rope. Fishing was slow at first but picked up in the afternoon.

Nice section with steep banks and a long walk to the top section croy, river looked spot on but failed to produce.. don't be put off by the hill, it's steep but not that long - although it was dry..
