Unable to fish, river had risen after the heavy rain and swims were under water.

River in flood and could not really fish
Caught two small chub about 1 lb each

Took a friend out in search of his first ever Grayling and we weren't half rewarded! He caught an absolute specimen at 2lb or more. It's amazing fish of that size are lurking in there really. Lugg and Arrow fantastic Grayling rivers, no doubt about it. 4 fish total.
Also, I happened to hear that formidable sound once again, the squeak of an otter. Fish had seen a scrap or two also. Seems we aren't the only ones who know the fishing is good.....

River had a bit of colour and downstream blustery wind made things a bit difficult but a good day with five decent trout all returned

River 6ft up making fishing difficult.found some slacker water,fished pellet and feeder.13 barbel

Disappointed day,tbh,as the wind was up and so I gather from others it fishes well in them conditions,we were also disappointed as we share the top roads side bank the two gypsy guys spinning,we aproached them as we left and said we have called the police,one got angry so we left them to it.
No phone signal here at all.lovely setting,
My mate Terry bronwell had a lovely fish around the 2 lbs Mark,and the others 3 fish caught were around a pound in weight.
All taken up the river end. Only one single finish seen rising.

First visit this year to Llanddewi and found plenty of water. The Llanddewi gauge was showing around 0.3 and falling.
Started to clear in the couple of hours I fished but should be perfect in the next couple of days. 8 Trout 6 to 10 inches nymphing with french leader.

River dropping with plenty of colour, we caught 28 Barbel to 9lb & 6 Chub to 4lb

Great spot. Lots of 'fishy' runs. 2 trout caught on nymph just under 1lb each from deeper pools. Water was clearing though out the day.
