Unexpectedly tough day when conditions seemed spot on. No luck all morning on feeder and trotting. Tried some slacker water in the afternoon and managed to tempt 4 chub on the gb feeder with various baits. 2 of the chub over 4lb.

Beautiful day, around 13c and clear, water was crystal clear and falling. There were some big caddis hatches throughout the day, all 6 grayling caught on small elk hair caddis or upwing drys, nymphs didn't even get a knock!
Gorgeous beat as well, really well kept.
