First time on Dinas , nice beat with varied pools and runs, great access. Not a touch on the nymphs but saved by a small rise in the last hour , 2 nice fish to a parachute Adams and a crew missed. An enjoyable day

First time on the beat apart for the noise of the A40, it's a great beat with a mixture of water to fish. A very windy and wet day, only two trout to the net with a handful getting away, all to nymph's.
Will definitely be back after taking a PB 17inch and one of 12inch.

Broke one nice fish off on a wet fly. A good amount of late morning surface activity but no obvious hatch at least to my eyes. I could not get a rise to a dry fly of any kind. A bit breezy and cool.

Two trout taken on nymphs in the faster glides. Nice hatch at around 11.30 had fish rising. Numerous takes ,unfortunately none to the net.All in all a lovely day on the river.
