Wyesham: Update on previous post 8 fish last Thursday to Saturday. 2 on Thursday 14lb and 7lb, 3 on Friday, 16lb, 13lb and a fresh run 5lb grilse, 3 on Saturday 11lb, 13.5lb and 18lb. Fish were taking deep fished swung flies very gently.

Llangoed & Lower Llanstephan : Perfect condition 15lbs Cock fish for Denis Cotter yesterday. Silver Doctor size 6 double. A further fish lost on the same fly. Conditions perfect. More rain needed

The Nyth : At 11.10am on Friday 13th Sept, a 17lb salmon caught in the Cafn Stream on a Willie Gun tube. Perfect hook position and simple release.
