Fly fishing 0900 to 1400. A few fish rising now & again, only interested in small flies. Caught 2 rainbows on buzzers, size 14/16 and a few takes without hooking.

1st time I've taken my 8 year old grandson fishing and what a pleasure it was, set our rods up put the kettle on only to hear I've got a fish on first cast for him I thought here we go he played the trout reeling in but asked me to net it for him. Had our cuppa and a natter I caught 3 then he caught his 2 fish limit. Packed up and all the way home it was when can we go next lol, we both caught on worm on the lead casting around 7 meters out but we did have the mild slight wind blowing into our corner. All in all a great day's fishing look out next week.
