the Res water level was down about 10 meters , weather was overcast, slight wind and cool. Plenty of surface activity as flies were hatching. 7 rainbow trout caught and 1 brown trout of size that was returned. Overall weight of bag taken home between the two of us was 19lb of fish.
Two of the fish caught on copper coloured 7gram Toby lure, the rest were caught on worm using a cork pop-up to avoid the Cray Fish. An excellent days fishing

Great day for fishing. Weather was pleasantly warm and little or no wind. Reservoir surprisingly low for the time of year. Caught 4 similar sized rainbow trout on a worm.
