We caught 1 Barbel about 6 1/2lb & 20 Chub up to 4lbs.

Great day, beautiful stretch. Fish caught on a mix of trotting meat and pellet on feeder

water still very low (up 5 cm) , heavy rain and high winds, barbel 8 lb to 9 lb 9 oz, chub to 4 lb , feeder, soft baits helped pull out of snags

water very low, 3 barbel 6.5 lb to 8 lb , feeder

Far too low and hot so only fish for a very short time.

River looked great had Chubb 3 1/2 lb straight away on moving meat.
Lots of small stuff in the day. Two more Chubb on boilie towards dark biggest about 4 lb.
Plenty of walking on this venue so travel light .

The river has changed even more than last year.
No weed
Very little wildlife
No swans
Fishing very slow
The river will take a long time to recover
Such a shame

Only one bite on a hit and bright daŷ. Lovely barbel weighing 8 pounds 2 ounces.

This beat must be one of the most scenic on the middle Wye

river low, some colour, fished lower end. chub of varying sizes caught on a mixture of baits, two largest on manilla dumbbells. weather hot and generally overcast. no barbel bites.
