Two fish caught on Reservoir wall end. First one about 8 inches long and second one 12 inches.
Both caught on teal blue and silver wet fly.
Conditions were very windy but there was shelter near the wall.
Caught and released.

Very windy, with limited access for fly fishing but that has to be accepted as part of the re-wilding effort. Fantastic scenery and a great public asset. We met 3 Wales Water personnel and they all stopped and chatted. Good day but no fish.

River was at 16.5 in the morning but I decided to stop when water temps reached 18’C in the afternoon.
As at least one other highlighted in a previous report , access via the banks can be challenging being overgrown with plenty of dense patches of brambles. This isn’t a complaint as, with the tree lined banks, it gave a secluded feel.
