River still running high ,very snaggy in swims we fished.Few fish caught but at least barbel showed.

2 Barbel, 5 Chub

Mix of meat based baits, halibut pellets for the chub and barbel; all across Beats 2,3,4,5. Small Rainbow trout on beat 4, bycatch on halibut pellet. Dace all on beat 4, trotted float.

Both from top half of the fishery to meat.

River fairly high and fast flowing. No fish seen. No knocks or tugs. Bit disappointing really. Weather was sunny and pleasantly warm.

Only one angler fished. The river was high but falling.

River was quite swollen. No rises or any fish activity observed..

2x barbel , on pellet best weight 9.12, fishing a midwater crease .
