Once again no fish to report from the faster water. Both the chub and barbel were caught right in close where I could watch them move in and feed. Both fish were caught in the morning and nothing seemed to be about lunchtime o wards so I left at 3pm to miss the worst of the traffic.

Few small fish caught on spiders during a short evening session.

Chub-apocalypse delivers again. One rod in the water at a time and had 50 odd fish on float fished meat in a few hours early. All a good stamp also. Tried to find some barbel later on but no no avail. Water level very low but not the algae of the lower beats and still fishable.

Welsh water rekon they’re for wales and not for profit we’ll use some of peoples hard earned cash that your over charging us to fish on llwyn on and spend on stocking the res, not a single bite between 4 of us, no signs of fish anywhere not even a single fish seen rising all day,

2 guys from lower hill court fishing the middle hill beat today by wading up the river. We were told to ‘go find a bailiff’ if we wanted to do something about it.

Disappointing and poor behaviour.

Is there an overlap of the 2 beats, or no signs on the other bank?

Fishing Passport Comment : Suspected poaching incidents should be reported to the Booking Office asap.

Trotting bread and spam. River low and clear.

Had lots of bites in a couple of hours fishing.
Caught 3 fish and lost 3.
Lots of fish jumping later in the evening.
