Good water and overhead conditions. Although a few sedges sighted there was no surface activity and I used spiders to catch 9" fish of each species. Had to leave at 3pm so did not do it justice.

A lovely day fishing this beautiful stretch of river. My only complaint is it was too hot! River at a good height for fishing being 0.60 on the Ddol farm gauge. Four grayling to dry flies. The afternoon very quiet despite a few sedges coming off.

Water rising and coloured possibly from the elan as that is coloured but above the elan seems a lot clearer still 13 fish off poor conditions mainly to dries

A beautiful day on Craig Llyn with a falling river after rain. Contrived to lose my best hook-ups on the nymph but that can happen. Lots rising on the flats 11-2 with fish feeding hard as autumn approaches.

Small olives, pale watery and sedges in abundance later as you would expect. A great head of feeding grayling in the 4-8oz range boads well for the future

My second visit to this beat and had a go but unsuccessful. Access to water is difficult as you have to battle through lots greenery. Tried straight nymphing on the deeper pools but no luck. Not so much rain and there was lots of rises on the flats near the tree line. Again a better fisher would have caught as casting was difficult.
