River was up around 3ft and in perfect condition. three anglers fished from and stayed in the same swims throughout.
Two of the Barbel were over 9 pound's
A great fishery with good access although we were in a 4 x 4.
It may be more difficult in a smaller car if conditions were especially wet.
Will definitely be coming back

8 Barbel, 12 Chub

Short 2 hour session this afternoon small chub 1st cast then an hour wait for a solitary barbel around 8lb

Between us we fished eight swims searching for barbel and failed miserably. Most of the chub were caught on meat but we tried a range of pellets and boilies with feeders or straight leads and nothing could get the barbel interested today it would seem.

River dropping today but still up around 2m and no rain ! Had a good good session - highlights 5 lb 4 chub and a 7 1/2 Barbel . Most fish caught late in the afternoon .

River dropping but still hard work . 2 of us . Total 2 barbell and 2 chub . 1 eel . Packed up at 5 as rain set in . Not as many pegs as I had thought only minor gripe
