Good buzzer fishing up the top end , beautiful scenery loved it !!!!

Was a sunny day with strong winds but managed 1 fish on a team of flies, close to the bottom, where the stream enters the reservoir. No fish taken.

Had we been able to wade then maybe we would have been lucky, not one fish caught from the bank.

Warm and sunny, flat calm at times. 2 nice brown trout landed on a claret bumble and a Kate mclaren. Couple of other fish lost.

Miserable windy, rainy day, however a really good days fishing catching 5 Brownies and missed as many too.

Quite a few fish rising right across the lake but generally out of casting distance. Hooked a couple, but nothing landed. However, the stunning scenery far outweighed the lack of fish.
