The Goodrich Court beat is just over 1 mile of double bank premier Wye salmon fishing, a few miles downstream of Ross on Wye. The fishery is reserved exclusively for salmon anglers and is a succession of classic pools – The V, Dog Hole, Maddox, Vanstone, etc. This is where Robert Pashley caught most of his 10,000+ fish. Suited to both fly and spinner, much of the beat is fishable from the bank although wading is relatively easy when required.

This beat has a resident Ghillie (Tuesday to Sunday). Please contact the Foundation by telephone should you wish to use this service. Alternatively, his telephone number is on the information provided once a booking is made.

The house retains the right to fish any un-booked rods on the day.

Junior Ticket available for under 18yrs

Block Booking is available on this beat.
