1 Barbel

1 barbel caught on maggots the rest to luncheon meat.
The chub was caught on a boilie. The other was an eel.
The river was rising throughout the day with a temperature of 9 degrees. A very enjoyable day on a lovely beat.

No catch

1 Trout, 2 Grayling, 3 Barbel, 6 Chub

First wye gudgeon! Caught on maggot feeder and chub on pellets and boilies. Fish in calmer water. Saw a salmon leaping and a pair of otters which looked dumbfounded by my presence.

Tough day with only 2 Chub, there was still alot of water coming through from storm Bert. Banks are very slippery so take care.

River falling but suffering from the duel effects of salty runoff and cold water from early in the week.
One chub caught in the eddy margin, one bleak and a Minnow.

Tried various swims throughout the stretch with not a single twitch!

Flooded and impossible to fish.
