Very low water, only the top of the rock pool and upper rocks (salmon) fishable with the fly. Very beautiful setting would be great if the water (and therefore fish) had been there! We had a nice day.

Fished from late morning until early evening and managed to catch only two trout the largest of which was about 10 inches, all returned . Both caught on an Adams parachute. Saw several fish jump several inches out of the water, perhaps thinking they were sea trout!

Nice day with very little boat traffic. Usual method of pellet feeder did the trick. Got chased out of one swim by a decent pike that attacked the small fish shoal each time the feeder landed. Spectacular! One barbel just topped the magic 10.
