Very very poor fishing off the boat tried all over the reservoir and only caught 3 all day. It does not appear to have been stocked for quite some time.

A couple of hours in the afternoon. Some Mayfly hatching but no rises seen. Fished duo with all trout and several grayling taking the nymph.

Fished from the outlet down to the bridge, hooked 3 on buzzer (2.30-4.30pm) but only landed 1 brownie approx 20cm. Very hot day, crystal clear and water low so lots of rocks and snags but a few deep pools.

Good few WBT on dry at the Strat of the day and then a few on small nymphs thereafter. Water level low with very limited water flow - almost stagnant in some areas making presentation tricky and the fish highly spooky - and wading a challenge in parts.
