River nicely coloured still, fish not quite as keen as yesterday. Nice stretch of water.

What a great fishery middle hill court is you can really appreciate all of the hard work that Stefan has put in to make the banks a lot safer,had a really nice chat with him his knowledge of the fishery is second to none and I have gained a lot of useful information for future visits I would also like to thank him for putting me on the fish his choice of swim was spot on.I arrived at first light and fished a swim at the bottom end of the beat had 1 small barbel and 11 chub met stefan mid morning and moved on his advise had a further 6 barbel and 1chub barbel were in the 5-6lb range chub was around 4lb various baits used meat, 8mm pellet and boilie.

First blank of the year, 1 Barbel for my mate winters on the way.

SNAGGY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Literally ran out of terminal tackle and only fished from 5.0pm.Unless knowledgable on terrain, trotting only option.

Nearley a blank. Caught a fish first cast first swim by car park kiss of death then struggled all day river looked in good order having just come down overnight but the fish didnt play plenty of colur in the water

Dont think any one else did well , just odd fish here and there. much improved bank access

River running high and very coloured. Heavy rain . Not ideal for fishing.

2 Chub

There were 4 anglers and we caught 9 barbel and 20 chub.
The conditions were such that the Wye was flooded so we could not float fish.
