Decent days fishing with ten fish. Sadly apart from one decent grayling the rest were quite small most caught on spiders a couple on GH hares ear. Partridge & Orange took most of the fish.

pretty much a fish an hour -best of about 3 1/2 lb ..not sure i ever had more than one fish in front of me at any time, think i was just nabbing passing trade. Just enough action to keep me on the water, but not enough to make it a memorable day. beat 2 - water still pushing through quite hard - all on meat - on a big lump of a feeder to try and hold bottom.

Fished the bottom section. A cold start followed by a sunny morning and cloudy afternoon. All 5 chub caught on meat using touch leger. Hook pulled on what felt like a good barbel.
