River low, to be expected from recent dry spell. Temperature lower than last few days, with rain in the air and blustery breeze. Nothing rising and no fish seen.

Sunshine and showers with an occasional blustery shower - nice to have some traditional April weather. There were a few olives hatching through the afternoon. Landed nine fish, most in the 11 to 13 inch range with two larger ones at 2 1/4lb and just under 2lb, all on dry olive emerger patterns. It could have been better but I missed lots of takes and spooked a couple of good fish lying in very shallow water. Watching an otter for a few minutes rounded off the day nicely.

Low clear water, morning good on nymphs. Afternoon slow.
Missed 4 or 5 small trout taking flies on surface. Dry Fly was hard work.

Only had a few hours mid afternoon, low and a north easterly which wasn’t ideal. 6 to hand, nothing big but an enjoyable few hours

Was using worm as bate had two fish take the worm however both fish came of barbless hook so did not land them, no fish caught,

Mostly sunny day with little wind, river running nicely. Nice day out on the Usk, fish taken on nymph and dry. Couldn't find any larger fish though.

2 small 1 medium ish size brownies, all caught on dry all within about 30 mins. Pretty quiet on the surface other than that.

Very low water but at least its still cool.
Fished upstream of the bridge and managed to pick a couple of trout out of the deeper runs.
