I waded the entire beat. Looked like I had to be the first one to do so in a long time. This beat should not be sold by itself. There were only a few holes that could reasonably hold fish. Cows were in the creek and transformed it into a cess pool. There were no paths as listed in the description left. It's a shame, drove a long ways and picked a dud of a beat. It was beautiful out there though.
